About the role:

Mandaê is looking to hire a bright, resourceful, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our CEO.

As the right-hand to the CEO, you’ll be at the center of managing all aspects of the CEO’s day-to-day engagements.

You thrive in high-velocity, unstructured environments and possess the acute business judgment and communication skills needed to collaborate with a variety of people and job functions.

You’re extremely organized and thorough, anticipating potential issues before they become a problem.

You’re keen on being a central piece of the organization and are hungry to learn what it takes to scale and manage one of Brazil’s fastest-growing companies.

Responsibilities:

  • • Effectively manage CEO’s calendar, travel schedule, and internal and external communication related to customer meetings, event coordination, board meetings, and press;
  • • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple teams to prioritize and drive the CEO’s agenda;
  • • Assist in driving content creation for both internal and external CEO communications, as well as quarterly board meetings;
  • • Build relationships crucial to the success of the organization;
  • • Manage a variety of special projects, some of which may have an organization-wide impact;
  • • Research, prioritize, and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns related to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • • Maintain a finger on the pulse of Mandaê’s culture, acting as a barometer of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO informed

Requirements:

  • • 3+ years experience assisting senior leaders, making the impossible happen (e.g., executive admin support, complex logistics management, etc.);
  • • Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to navigate ambiguity;
  • • Cross-functional team player who is able to execute effectively across complex organizations;
  • • Strong people skills and a proven record of building successful relationships;
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
  • • Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
  • • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Apps and a general facility with technology;
  • • Strong organizational skills and extremely detail oriented;
  • • Professional fluency in English.
